Sustained laughter (min 10-15 mins) can actually trick our brain into making us feel happy, flooding the body with endorphins and other feel-good hormones. Over time, a daily sustained laughter practice can increase our resilience to day-to-day challenges, increase our resistance to illness and make us feel happier and more joyful overall.
